YNK Content Launcher Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

YNK Content Launcher is an internal, first-party business analytics application operated by YNK Incubator (“YNK,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what data the YNK Content Launcher application and services process, how and why we process it, how it is stored and secured, and how to request its deletion. It covers the YNK Content Launcher application and all related services, including data accessed through Meta’s platform (Facebook and Instagram).

Who we are

YNK Content Launcher is built and used solely by YNK Incubator staff to analyze the performance of YNK’s own brands. It is not a consumer product. There is no public sign-up and no Facebook Login. Only authorized YNK staff access the internal portal.

What data we process

YNK Content Launcher reads data only from YNK Incubator’s own brand assets (currently the Nominal and Veiled brands), which YNK owns and manages inside its own Meta Business Manager. Specifically, the application processes:

We do NOT collect or store consumer personal data. YNK Content Launcher has no end-user login and does not capture the names, email addresses, profile pictures, or Meta user IDs of consumers, followers, or any third party. We do not export follower personally identifiable information for marketing.

How and why we process it

We process the data above for one purpose: internal performance analytics for YNK’s own brands. The application assembles each brand’s own published content and aggregate metrics into an internal content-and-performance library and dashboards used by YNK staff to understand organic and paid performance over time. All access is read-only reporting on assets YNK owns. The application does not post, comment, moderate, delete, or otherwise modify any content or asset on Meta’s platform.

How we store and secure data

Data is stored in our own backend on Postgres (Neon) and Vercel Blob. Platform data, including the Meta System User access token and app secret, is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM application-layer encryption in addition to the provider’s own disk encryption. All data in transit crosses public networks over TLS 1.2 or higher; data is never transmitted unencrypted. Access to the systems that hold this data is restricted to authorized YNK staff and protected by multi-factor authentication. We maintain an audit log of access and administrative events.

Sharing

We do not sell, license, rent, or trade any data. We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes and we do not enable third-party access to it. The only external parties involved are our infrastructure providers (such as Neon and Vercel), which host the data strictly as service providers under their standard terms and data processing agreements, acting only on our instructions and not for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as it is needed for the internal analytics purpose above. Data tied to a brand is purged when that brand relationship ends or sooner on request. We delete platform data when it is no longer necessary, when a brand or Meta requests it, or when required by law, and we do so as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 120 days. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion Instructions or contact kareem@ynkincubator.com. Because the application stores no consumer personal data, there is typically no consumer record to delete; any request to purge a brand’s stored content and metrics will be honored.

Your choices and legal compliance

We process data in accordance with applicable laws and Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Questions, concerns, or deletion requests can be directed to kareem@ynkincubator.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.
