Is there a minimum order volume?+

We work best with brands shipping 300+ orders a month. If you are below that with a real growth plan, talk to us. We were a small brand once too.

Who actually runs the warehouse?+

Operators. YNK started as Veiled’s in-house ops and now ships 1.2M+ orders a year across our portfolio. The people handling your orders ship ours.

Where do you ship from?+

Elmwood Park, NJ, with nationwide coverage and cross-border to Canada, the UK, and the GCC.

Pricing & billing
What does it cost?+

As an estimate: handling $3.00 per order, returns $3.00 per parcel, storage $0.65 per cubic foot per month. Postage is billed semi-monthly, charged per shipment by carrier, weight, and destination. Special-project labor is $35 per hour, only when you ask for it. We confirm your exact rates once we see your volume and profile.

Are there peak or seasonal surcharges?+

No. Your rate in December is your rate in June.

How is storage billed?+

On the cubic footage you actually use, per month.

Operations
What is the same-day cutoff?+

Orders in by 12pm ET ship the same day. Otherwise it is one business day, two to three in peak.

Do you ship cross-border or internationally?+

Yes. We ship nationwide across the US and cross-border to Canada, the UK, and the GCC using Passport DDP, so duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and your customer is never surprised by a bill on delivery.

Do you handle fragile, regulated, or temperature-sensitive goods?+

Yes. Supplements with lot and expiry tracking, beverage in glass and cans, cosmetics, and apparel. We run dedicated processes and FEFO pick logic.

Can you do kitting and custom packaging?+

Yes. Bundles, inserts, gift notes, and custom boxes, all to spec.

Technical
What platforms do you integrate with?+

We run on ShipStation and integrate natively with Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, plus custom APIs. Orders sync in real time and you get live dashboard access to inventory, SLAs, and order status.

Do I get dashboard access?+

Yes. You get the live dashboard we run on, with SLA, inventory, and order status in real time.

Returns
How do you process returns?+

Received, graded, then restocked or set aside per your policy. $3.00 per parcel.

Do you offer automated refunds?+

Yes, integrated with your store so refunds fire on receipt per your rules.

Onboarding & terms
How long until I am live?+

Most brands go live in under two weeks. We have switched brands mid-season without a missed day.

How does the agreement work?+

We set clear terms up front and walk you through the whole agreement before you sign. No hidden auto-renewals and no surprise fees.
