Accessibility statement

We want everyone who runs a brand to be able to read this site, run the cost calculator and send us a quote request or the 3PL intake, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement covers ynkincubator.com and intakes.ynkincubator.com.

The standard we work to

Both sites are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We believe they conform. Where we find a gap we fix it in the next deploy rather than list it as an exception.

What that means in practice

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. A skip link goes straight to the content, the focused element always shows a visible outline, and nothing traps focus.
• Text meets the 4.5:1 contrast ratio on every background, including the dark sections, and layouts work at 400 percent zoom and on a phone without sideways scrolling.
• Every form field has a label. Required fields are marked and announced, errors are read out when they appear, and the intake moves focus to each new section’s heading.
• Pages use real headings, lists, tables with headers, and landmarks (navigation, main content, footer), so a screen reader can move through them by structure.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
• Motion is kept small, and if your system asks for reduced motion the fade-ins and smooth scrolling switch off.
• Links that open a new tab say so. Buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels, and most are larger.

How we test

Every page on both sites is checked with the axe-core accessibility engine at desktop and phone widths before a change goes live, against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules. We also go through the main flows by keyboard and with VoiceOver: reading a guide, the calculator, the quote form, and all six sections of the intake. The last full check was on October 27, 2026 and found no violations.

Known limits

• The Google Maps links on the contact and warehouse pages open Google’s site, which we don’t control.
• Files that prospects upload through the intake, such as rate cards and shipment exports, are theirs and are not altered by us.
• The emails we send are plain HTML with a text version, readable in any client, but we can’t test every client’s screen reader support.
