How TikTok Shop orders reach the floor.
TikTok Shop connects natively to ShipStation, the WMS we run the whole floor on. When a customer buys from your shop page, a live, or a creator video, the order syncs in with the SKU, the quantity, the address, and the shipping service the buyer chose. It lands in the same pick queue as every Shopify and Amazon order on the floor. Nothing is keyed by hand.
From there it is the same process every order gets. A picker scans each unit against the order before it goes in the box. The packer follows your packing rules, including inserts and branded packaging if you send them. The parcel is labeled and staged for that day’s carrier pickup.
Many of the brands on our floor sell on TikTok Shop, and we take care of those orders end to end: the order syncs in, we pick, pack, label, and ship it from Elmwood Park, and tracking posts back to TikTok Shop. If you also hold stock in Fulfilled by TikTok, we can replenish it from the same inventory pool.
