YNK Content Launcher Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: June 26, 2026
YNK Content Launcher is an internal, first-party business analytics tool operated by YNK Incubator. It has no consumer login and stores no consumer personal data. It authenticates to Meta using a Business Manager System User access token and reads only YNK’s own brand assets (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and ad accounts). The data it stores is limited to YNK’s own brands’ post and ad content plus aggregate performance metrics, encrypted at rest.
Because the application does not store any consumer personal data keyed to a Facebook or Instagram user, there is normally no individual consumer record to delete. We still honor all deletion requests as follows.
How to request deletion
Email kareem@ynkincubator.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us which data you want removed (for example, a specific brand’s stored content and metrics).
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We locate any stored data matching the request. For consumer personal data, there is nothing to delete because we store none. For a brand’s own content and aggregate metrics, we identify the relevant records in our backend (Postgres/Neon and Vercel Blob).
- We permanently delete the identified data from our systems.
- We confirm completion to you.
Timeline
We action deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 120 days of the request, consistent with Meta’s Platform Terms.
