YNK Content Library Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

These terms govern use of the YNK Content Library application and related services (the “Application”), operated by YNK Incubator (“YNK,” “we,” “us”). The Application is an internal, first-party business analytics tool. It is not a consumer product, there is no public sign-up and no Facebook Login, and access is limited to authorized YNK staff.

Permitted use

The Application is provided solely for authorized YNK staff to perform read-only performance analytics on YNK’s own brand assets (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and ad accounts) inside YNK’s Meta Business Manager. Users may not access the Application without authorization, attempt to access data they are not permitted to see, or use the Application for any purpose other than YNK’s internal analytics. The Application does not post, comment, moderate, delete, or otherwise modify any content or asset on Meta’s platform.

Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of stored data, see our Data Deletion Instructions. The Application stores no consumer personal data.

Meta platform terms

The Application accesses data through Meta’s platform (Facebook and Instagram) using a Business Manager System User access token. Use of that data is subject to, and YNK complies with, Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Intellectual property

The Application, its software, and its contents are the property of YNK Incubator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited internal-use right described above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided “as is” for YNK’s internal use, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Questions can be directed to kareem@ynkincubator.com.
